Lenders will be limited to 3 -5 individuals per state. Each lender representative must be physically located in the state they represent.
All financing requests will be distributed to each lender representative assigned to the state of the request.
Once the lead is turned over to the lender representative; that representative is to respond to the prospect inside of 48 hours, preferably with a loan scenario. Failure to comply with this timeline consistently could result in removal as a lending partner at the end of that pay period. Please contact us in advance at admin@doctorloan.com if you feel you may not be able to meet this time frame for any particular lead.
